Interview Dilemma

When I look back, I found that I had given more than average number of interviews.
It was always hard to predict each and every interviewer thoughts about you. Sometime you will feel Yeah I Got it!! But the other moment you will feel now there is no hope.
This happen all of sudden that when you spoke something is what interviewer looking to hear from you, sometime even you speak what he looking to hear also not worthy because at that time he will be thinking this guy given the same answer as like other not having any creativity or innovation.

If you want each interview can dominated by you only. Many people who have given interview can be agreed upon this. I also had felt the same when I gave my interviews, When any question asked from you? You should be ready for another question from your answer, so always give your answer using those words which you can explain further using any of then in any question? I will give an example of mine; interviewer asked me “What you want to do now?” I replied “ I am looking forward to do job in operations.” Again Interviewer putted another question “What you know about Operations?” So these things are normal, if I was not aware about operation I would had been speechless, if anyone who don’t know about operation should have replied “ I am looking forward to do challenging tasks with your esteemed organization” Here one should be ready to speak that he is the person who love to take challenges.

What this show, that each and every interview can be driven by you only, you can give any direction to your interview at any moment. Many time it would happen that you might not be able to answer any question, the best thing to do in such situation is to say “sorry, I don’t know this one”, but some guys try to give hit and trial in such situation which only advisable when you have a little idea on which you can frame your answer but never play a blind.

Always first question will be “Tell me something about you”? I had face such question more than 50 times, earlier I used to answer were unstructured way, which was not impressive and even become a reason for my rejection, I found an good way to reply this is making it an structured answer like start with your educational background, then your work experience (if you have), then your achievements, your family background and your hobbies and interests. In my experience only one or two time I get opportunity to give it fully else every time I was interrupted in between and my interview get other direction. So your introduction is again play a crucial role but you need luck here or you can manipulate, if you get interrupted on your stronger part than you can give direction else you will start saving your back and from there your impression will start running.

In recent interview I had an opportunity to discuss many things with the interviewer which we cannot ask them, one best thing came out of that discussion is it’s not only me many people had felt sometime in their life that their friends or batch mates or colleagues who are less skillful than you still doing a better job why? Than you blame you fate or luck. But we never tried to go other way that why employer had chosen them (those get entry through some source can’t be included here) you know why? Because they are genuine, they had never shown what they are not? They had never framed themselves as nice man, or a smart guy, never try to be smart from your interviewer thinking that he is having lesser knowledge than you. Your ego can be your biggest enemy at any stage of your career.

There is no success mantra to get success with flying colors, it’s you who can do whatever is impossible. A lot of do’s and don’ts are there like always reach before time, show yourself energetic or aggressive if going for sales or marketing job, technical interview can be easily handled, you need just to be strong whatever you had putted in your resume.

Decision or Fate

I had seen life being full of smile or full of sorrow, but it was tough to analyse why it is so much differ? Many people can agree with me that sometime our wrong decision can trap you in immense sorrow or can make you the happiest person on earth. But where the fate or so called luck plays it role.

If there is no fate than whom born poor can never become rich, but we had seen so many pioneers of corporate who started from a very poor family where they were done getting their appetite meal. What happened with them so magically that now they are on peak of their careers, it need to be think but again I don’t think anyone can gave a confident answer neither those people nor I.

Every day when I wake up I always give a thought on this confusion of decision or fate, whether I will be making some good decision or my luck will be with me.
I never had a lucky charm for me although sometime I was lucky charm for few.
Many times I felt that some invisible power helping me but that power I feel very minimal as I sometime believe there is something called luck or sometime I think it depend what decision you make?

I am writing this topic “decision or fate” can be a decision or fate, if someone likes to read it than it would be his decision, if information is useful than he is lucky else we all know. This unveil new dimension of our decision or fate theory that might be there is no fate its just the way we thought on two dimension of luck or decision whether its decision to do hard work or any other decision.

Your decision can make you strong whether right or wrong, anyway take your decision of your own so get never regretted on any stage of life, if you believe in luck or fate better to take decision to depend on fate but don’t get confused thinking both ways, Yeah this only happen when you crossing your crucial time because when we are happy we don’t think anything like that.
